Although Becca and Devyn started working together at the dealership in August of 2020, they didn't actually talk to each other until September 2021 when Becca returned from camp! In October, they spent a day working together and talked throughout the day, enjoying each other's company. They affectionately call it "That Day in the Office." Devyn later gifted Becca a ring with that date engraved on it! Early November after both came home from out of town trips, Becca finally got Devyn to admit he had feelings for her and they went on a "pre-date," because who doesn't have a date before the first date to determine if dating is the best idea? After all, they did work together! Well, as you can guess, the pre-date went well and they had their first date about two weeks later. Becca had to cancel and reschedule because she got sick, which Devyn thought she was flaky (how rude). Obviously it worked out well, and Devyn now no longer believes she is flaky. (Becca forgave him, but will never forget.) Although it's always tough to narrow down the moment you know you fall in love with someone, Becca has known that since their first date, Devyn was the one for her.
