We met through mutual friends in high school and quickly became best friends ourselves. Before we ever started dating, we built a friendship that still means everything to us! On February 23rd, 2020, Jackson asked Becca, “So when are you going to be my girlfriend?” To which Becca replied, “Whenever you ask me!” And just like that, it all began... right before the world slowed down for COVID. Our first few months were different than most, but it worked in our favor. We attended rival high schools and then rival colleges, but getting to experience each other’s worlds became some of our favorite memories. During our final year of college, we spent time four hours apart, but distance was a familiar part of our story. Through every mile and every new season, we continued choosing each other and cheering each other on. After graduating, we both moved back home and have been so grateful to experience the blessings of the last six years together—spending time with family, supporting each other as we began our careers, and building a life side by side. Finally, on March 28th, 2026, Jackson asked Becca to spend forever with him, and of course, she said yes. Now, after years of growing up together and walking through so many seasons hand in hand, we’re so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife. We are incredibly grateful for the journey that brought us here and can’t wait to celebrate with all of the people we love most.
