The entire venue property is rented from Thursday, July 22nd through Sunday, July 25th. All wedding guests are encouraged to make full use of the property over the four day weekend. Immediate family will have the option to stay on premises. Becca or Dave will contact guests directly for details on the accommodations and pricing.
Travel Note
Coach bus shuttle service will be provided between the hotels in North Conway (North Conway Grand Hotel and Holiday Inn Express & Suites) and The Preserve at Chocorua on Saturday before and after the reception. Guests are welcome to make use of the shuttle even if not staying at one of those hotels, but will need to plan travel around getting on/off the shuttle at one of those hotels.

For guests flying into or out of Boston Logan International Airport, there is an option to travel to the venue (or hotel) via Concord Coach Lines. For those staying at or near the venue, the closest stop is West Ossipee. For those staying in or near North Conway, there is a separate stop there.
