Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Coastal Cocktail Attire

Getting There: We’ll have a trolley picking up from the Ritz-Carlton at 4:30 PM to take everyone over to the Beach Club for the Welcome Party. There isn’t any parking at the Beach Club, so we recommend hopping on the trolley or grabbing an Uber/Lyft. After the party, the trolley will head back to the Ritz at 8:00 PM, so no need to worry about getting home.

Wedding

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Creative Black Tie

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, with seating available starting at 5:15 PM. To get you there on time, the trolley will pick up guests from the Art Ovation Hotel at 4:15 PM and the Ritz-Carlton at 4:30 PM to bring everyone to the Ringling Museum. If you’d rather drive, there is free parking on site, and Uber/Lyft are also easy options. After the reception, trolleys will be running from 9:30–10:30 PM to take guests back to either the Ritz-Carlton, Art Ovation, or to The Gator Club for those who want to keep the night going!
