Traverse City, MI is a little over 1 hour from Charlevoix. It's the larger of the two airports. Our recommendation is to drive if you are within 7-8 hours as Northern Michigan airports are small.

Pellston, MI is 50 minutes from the Madison home but a little over an hour from Charlevoix. This airport looks like a cabin - don't be alarmed.
