You will find the information for the Moeller/Zajac blocked rooms available when you click the link below. The hotel is offering discounted prices until October 1st for all of our wedding guests. If you have questions or need help with the link, please call the hotel (phone number listed above). The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from the venue and does include a a fitness center, free WiFi, complementary continental breakfast and swimming pool! Check in starts at 3pm, but the hotel does allow for early check in for guests who arrive early if rooms are available.

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from hotel to venue

October 26, 2019 1:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttle services will be provided by Windstar Lines to and from The Fairfield Inn and Kilbuck Creek. The bus will arrive at The Fairfield Inn at 1:45pm and depart for Kilbuck creek at 2:00pm. Welcome drinks will be waiting upon your arrival to enjoy before seating for the ceremony. Seating will begin at 2:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. For those unable to attend the service, a second ride is scheduled to arrive at The Fairfield Inn at 3:30pm with a 3:45pm departure to Kilbuck Creek for cocktail hour and the reception. There are two scheduled return trips from Kilbuck Creek to The Fairfield Inn. The first trip will depart at 9:30pm and the final trip will depart at 11:00pm.
