WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Day guests are invited to arrive from 12:30pm. With a ceremony start time of 1:00pm Evening guests are invited to arrive at 7:00pm.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

1st March 2025. This will give us plenty of time to inform the wedding venue and all suppliers.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited numbers at the venue, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited. Please refer to your invitation/envelope to see who is invited from your household.

I HAVE ONSITE ACCOMMODATION- WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN?

Answer

Guests staying onsite can check in from 3pm onwards. We would suggest doing this during the drinks reception after the wedding photos.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We invite guests to wear semi-formal/ cocktail attire. Comfy footwear advised as there is some uneven ground at the venue. Please refrain from wearing white. Bridal party will be wearing blue.

HOW DO I GET TO WYRESDALE?

Answer

When you arrive at the estate, turn left through the estate gates, sign posted Wyresdale Weddings. Follow the drive past the main hall and through the trees into our wedding carpark. You are welcome to leave your car here overnight. You should see the wedding barns to your right as you enter the carpark and these can be entered through the porch.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

There is onsite parking at Wyresdale for wedding guests- this is located in front of the wedding barn.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Answer

Don’t worry we have an alternate plan if we get bad weather. All of our planned celebrations can be moved indoors!

WEDDING GIFTS

Answer

If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon would really make our day!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES ON THE DAY?

Answer

We ask that during our ceremony phones/cameras are to be kept away. We would love for our photographer and videographer to be the only ones to capture our special moment. We encourage guests to take as many photos as you want after this- please upload this following our QR code on the day.
