We went here on our first date! And this is where Landon proposed. Needless to say St. Charles Main Street has a close place in our hearts. Amazing views of the river at Frontier Park, countless shops to visit, and good food. Walk along the Katy trail and view some historic trains or visit The Lewis & Clark Boat House & Museum. Stop by Picasso's for some good coffee and a bite to eat. Plenty of places to stop for ice cream such as Riverside Sweets.
We took our engagement pictures here. Admission is $16 for ages 13 and up. Admission is free for children ages 12 and under. Enjoy walking around to see plants of all kinds in their different gardens. Check out the Climatron greenhouse that has more of a rainforest/jungle feel. They have a great Children's garden that is and additional $5/per person, but great for kids. It includes a splash pad for those hot summer days.
The St. Louis Zoo is free! It's a great place to visit in the summer!
Admission is free! There are ticketed main exhibits, but on Fridays the main exhibits are free.
Great for adults or kids alike. Free admission! There are ticketed attractions but the free exhibits are fun too!
Check out the museum in the visitor center and take a tram ride up to the top of the arch to see breathtaking views of the Mississippi River and the city.
Admission $24/adult, $18/child. It's a pretty cool place! Lots of interactive things for the kids to do. Visit the Soda Fountain at Union Station afterwards or take a ride on the St. Louis Wheel.
$20/person. Such a fun place!! Kids will LOVE it!
$32/person. This amusement park is a St. Louis staple. Ride Batman or Mr. Freeze to get a thrill. Those are our favorite roller coasters!
