Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses or elegant midi/full length dresses for women, and suits with dress shoes for men (ties encouraged but not required).

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we want you to be fully present with us as we say our vows.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have organized a room block at Tru by Hilton Concord. All reservations need to be booked prior to Thursday, July 23, 2026.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! All allergies should be noted when you RSVP so our caterer can accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, we request that you are inside and seated by 4:15 PM.
