Will kids be allowed to attend the wedding?

Answer

As much as we’d love to see all your little ones, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children at our wedding venue. The events will be adults-only!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. However, the venue will be open to you and guests at 4:30pm if you would like to explore the beautiful gardens before the festivities begin!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding venue has very limited capacity. At this time, we are only able to accommodate guests on the RSVP list.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 24, 2024. If you need more time, please contact us via email. Thank you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have selected a hotel with a discounted hotel block for our guests near the wedding venue. The hotel should have ample room for all of our out of town guests. Another hotel has been selected and will offer accommodations for a limited number of guests. You may find these options in the “Travel” section of our website. Please contact us if you need further recommendations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotels we selected are both located very close to the wedding venue. (No more than a 10min drive) Ride shares, Uber, Lyft are all available in the area. We are looking in to see about a shuttle from hotels once we have all RSVPs in!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party Attire! No strict dress code.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate you! There is a section in the RSVP to let us know about any allergies & dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue that accommodates about 50 cars, welcome to use by our guests!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will have a Welcome Party/Rehearsal Dinner at the Kaplan residence the night before the big day! (Saturday March 23) We will continue the celebration with a casual post-wedding hang at Marine Room Tavern in Laguna Beach. It is down the road from the venue, about a 10-15 drive. Join us for you'd like to continue celebrating with us. *This is not a formal or reserved event* Just an opportunity to hang with the newly weds more!
