Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. The weather can be hot in September with a late sunset so please dress accordingly. Men - suit or suit jacket and dress pants (khaki’s or similar) Women - dresses, blouses and skirts, jumpsuits

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation specifies a plus one then you are more than welcome to bring a date. Please stick to the specifics of your invitation as we cannot accommodate surprise guests.

Please RSVP by July 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4pm. If you are taking the buses we are providing from downtown Boise, they will get to the venue by 4pm.

Where is the wedding going to be located?

Answer

The Venue at Wood Farms 18659 Houk Rd Caldwell ID 83607 Ceremony will be outdoors, reception will be a mix of indoor & outdoor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue, from downtown Boise. There is also parking at the venue if you choose to rent a car. For those using the buses - Transportation: School buses will be parked on 12th Street, between Idaho Street and Grove Street (behind Hotel Renegade). Please arrive no later than 3:00pm for a 3:15pm departure time.
