We are asking our guests to RSVP by the second week of September to allow proper time to plan for any accommodations needed.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find parking and grab a pre-ceremony drink. Once the ceremony begins, the doors will be closed and entry will not be allowed as to not interrupt the ceremony.
If you are late we would still love for you to join us for celebrating after the ceremony. The lobby will remain open for guests to sit and relax while waiting for cocktail hour to begin.
There is parking around the venue and throughout the main square. There are also several lots to allow for added parking as needed. You can find a map of these included in on our website.
Yes of course! If you have a food allergy please contact the bride, groom, or their planner (Amanda Tannehill 4797997279) to remind us of your allergies so we can best accommodate you!
Yes. We want our guests to get dressed up with us and feel their best. Attire should be formal or formal cocktail attire. Please remember October in Arkansas can be confusing and may become chilly during the evening. Please no jeans or shades of white/cream. If you have questions on if something is appropriate please reach out to the bride or groom.
While we would love to allow everyone we know, due to space and venue capacity we can not allow any added guests unless specifically notified in your invitation.
We love all of your little ones, but we are requesting the ceremony and reception to be adults-only! Due to the amount of little ones in our lives unfortunately we do not have the capacity to accommodate everyone's children. We want this to be a relaxing and fun evening for all of us to let loose and let our hair down. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony will be located in the venue's back garden where there is a possibility it could be chilly. Please plan ahead and dress accordingly. The reception will be located inside of the venue for the remainder of the evening.
