FAQs

Here you'll find answers to some common questions about our wedding day!
Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is perfect! Think longer dresses for women, and slacks with a button-up for men—since the wedding is all outdoors and may be warm, lighter fabrics, short sleeves, and flat shoes for walking on grass are recommended. We’d love to keep the look cohesive with softer, neutral, or earthy tones like greens, browns, pale or pastel pinks, yellows, or blues. Please AVOID bold colors like cobalt blue, hot pink, or neon shades.

Question

Will dinner be served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served after the ceremony and a relaxed social hour. During that time, we’ll be taking photos while guests can relax, chat, and enjoy a drink before we all sit down to eat. The meal will accommodate common dietary restrictions, but if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us!

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, which means we kindly ask guests to refrain from using phones, cameras, or other recording devices during the ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will capture everything beautifully, and there will be plenty of fun photo opportunities at the reception!

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones and they’re always welcome! That being said, you know your children best—if the heat or excitement might be too much, it’s completely fine to leave them at home. Don’t forget to include your kids when RSVPing so we have an accurate headcount.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your plus-one isn’t on your RSVP or hasn’t been formally invited, please contact the bride before the final day to RSVP. Only pre-approved plus-ones will be included in our dinner headcount.
