Where is the ceremony/reception?

It's all happening in the same spot - the Whitefish Bike Retreat! The address is 855 Beaver Lake Rd, Whitefish, MT 59937. It's about a 15-minute drive west of downtown Whitefish. Plan to be there at 4pm Saturday so you have time to park and get settled!

What's the transportation situation?

Answer

Everything is a bit spread out around here, so it may be in your best interest to rent a car if you're coming from out of town. Parking at the venue is going to be cramped, so please carpool if/when possible! Uber is available in town but it's unlikely they'll want to drop you off (or pick you up, especially) out at the venue, so make sure you have a DD and/or prepare to camp at the venue!

What should I wear?

It's a wedding in the woods, so we're keeping it pretty casz. The most important advice we can give you is to wear comfy shoes - the ceremony spot is a short walk up a dirt trail, and the reception will be held on dirt, too! You know, because Montana. Weather this time of year can be unpredictable and the ceremony/reception will both be outside, so check the weather ahead of time and come prepared!

Depends on your carrier, so be prepared to be service-less.

Can I bring my kids?

Kiddos are welcome! There's a lot of space for them to run around at the venue if you want to bring 'em - it's up to you.
