I sat next to Colton one Tuesday evening at Spanish club, at Güeros on South Congress. If you’ve been there before, you know the menu is about twenty pages long. Overwhelmed by all the options, I just ordered my usual beverage, a spicy ranch water. When everyone’s food arrived, I was surprised to have a plate placed in front of me. Colton leaned over and said “I figured you might want something to eat when all the food started arriving, so I got you a taco. No pressure.” Little did he know that tacos are my love language. Colton's been loving me well ever since, and my Spanish is still at the same level it was at when I started attending Spanish club. -Becca We actually had met briefly at another Spanish club gathering a couple of months before and hadn't interacted much, but I remember making her laugh. On the evening of the above story, Becca came straight over to where I was sitting at a table full of empty seats and sat right next to me. As all men know, if a woman shows even an ounce of attention to you she MUST be interested. As we went around ordering our food, I noticed that she only ordered a drink. In the off chance that my charm wasn't working on her, I pulled out what I knew would be an ace-in-the-hole, tacos. -Colton
