We're getting married!

Going back to the very beginning—Matt and Rebecca first met in 2016 on Cape Cod while staying at Molly McDonald’s beloved cottage. At the time, they were just acquaintances, crossing paths only through mutual friends (thanks to Molly). Matt was studying at UMass Amherst, while Rebecca was equally studious—though she’d say slightly less so—at Boston University. So close, yet so far. It wasn’t until after graduating college that acquaintances turned into friends. Matt began working in the Emergency Department at Beverly hospital and Rebecca was living and working in Boston. Parallel paths, getting closer and closer. Three years later, those paths finally crossed again—back on Cape Cod at Molly’s cottage for the 4th of July. That night, a little spark (the non-firework kind) lit between them. From then on, their distant friendship grew into something real—and they’ve shared the happiest six years of their lives since! Their story would be so much less special if it were not for the amazing people in their lives. So thank you to our friends and family for everything and thank you in advance for building this wonderful life and filling it with amazing memories.
