When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner you RSVP the better but we ask all RSVPs are completed by September 27th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3pm to be seated in time for the ceremony to start.

Will the ceremony and cocktail hour be outdoors?

Answer

If the weather allows both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. If it's chilly there will be heaters but you may want to bring a jacket or sweater.

Will food be served at the Sangeet?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please see the Sangeet attire tab for Friday's dress code information. Saturday the dress code is formal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Our venue has parking onsite.

Can I join the shuttle if I'm not at the hotel

If there is space available on the shuttle then yes! Please reach out to Bebe about the shuttle.

Please limit guests to those addressed on the invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will likely get together at Old Barn Winery or a destination in Boone on Thursday night for anyone who is in town. More details to come.
