Question

Where can I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Accessible parking is available at: -Century Memorial Chapel parking lot on Aurora Avenue just east of the Chapel -Municipal Center parking lot at Webster Street and Aurora Avenue (evenings after 5:00 pm and weekends only) -Water Street District parking lot at 120 Water Street is free to park after 5:00 am on Level 3–6. -Naper Settlement main parking lot at the southwest corner of Porter Avenue and Webster Street To get into the chapel, please enter through the chapel lot gate.

Question

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Good news is that the ceremony location is only a 4 minute walk from the reception venue and hotel. We are hoping to have TukTuks available to help shuttle our family and friends to and from each location. Please stay tuned for more information.

What time can we check into the hotel?

Answer

You can check into the hotel anytime after 3:00PM There will be time before the ceremony and prior to cocktail hour to check in.

Is there parking at Hotel Indigo?

Answer

There is an attached parking garage with 120 covered spaces for hotels guests. Additional parking available in attached parking garage based on availability. There is no additional fee to park.

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the fact that our venue capacity is limited, we are unable to host any additional guests that were not formally invited.

I can’t find my RSVP, what should I do?

Answer

The name you type in should match exactly how we entered it into the Zola website. If you are having trouble please contact us as soon as you can so we can look into what the issue may be.
