We met on the ever-popular dating app Hinge in July 2024, and our first date was at the Great Dane downtown. The best first date either of us had been on, it quickly gave way to more dates, and eventually, we made it official about a month later. Over the next few months, we enjoyed talking on the phone, going on walks, cooking delicious food together, and so much more. Eventually, we took each other to our respective hometowns, Sun Prairie, WI and Oxnard, CA, to meet our families. Somewhere along the way, we individually realized this was it - we were with The One and were ready to take the next step. It wasn't until springtime that we began to talk about building a life together more seriously, and not long after that, on July 13, we got engaged, entering into our greatest adventure to date. We are so grateful for each and every one of you, and we are so unbelievably excited to celebrate the beginning of our marriage hand in hand in front of our nearest and dearest friends and family.
