After the ceremony, guests are welcome to make their way to the reception area, and find their seats and grab a drink, as the bridal party will be taking photos.
Yes, we encourage guests to post reception pictures on their social media channels. However, we ask that that you respect our photographer and avoid blocking their shots with your own. Please tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #beautyandtheeast so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. For example: "The Smith Family" would be Mr. and Mrs. Smith and their minor children. Mr. and Mrs. Smith would be Mr. and Mrs. Smith only, there will also be a number of seats reserved you can refer to on your invitation’s RSVP card.
Absolutely! We would love to have your kids be a part of our special day, but if you want the night off and decide to get a sitter, we understand that, too! Please bear in mind that if your children are adults, they will receive their own invitations if they are on the guest list.
Yes, dinner will be served at the reception, and non alcoholic drinks and dessert will also be available. We will be having a barbecue buffet.
