What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 4, 2026.

What time does the ceremony start and reception end?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm and the reception will end at 11pm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time which is 5pm to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony site and find your seat.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While our ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors with access to an outdoor patio and deck. The ceremony site is a short walk from the parking lot and guests needing mobility accommodations will have access to a management driven golf cart.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire is requested.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel blocks?

Answer

As we did not block any hotel rooms, please see the travel tab for a list of recommended hotels within 20-30 minutes of the venue. Other hotels and inns are available through a quick google search, as well as home rentals. Uber and Lyft are not very reliable in the area surrounding our venue. We are happy to offer an open bar at the reception and encourage guests to plan their own safe transportation.

As much as we love your little ones, we will be having a kid-free celebration.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash for tips.
