Last year we made the difficult decision to postpone the large celebration of our wedding. We were fortunate enough to still get married on November 7, 2020 with only immediate family in attendance. Don't worry though...this year on November 13, 2021, we will do it all over again (ceremony and all!) surrounded by our family and friends. (An open bar and dance floor don't hurt either.) Thank you for your love and support and we can't wait to celebrate our marriage with you all soon! Love, Christian and Michelle
Once upon a time, there was an awkward teenage girl who had a huge crush on a boy who's picture was proudly displayed on the fridge of a friend. Fast forward to the age of Tinder...the boy's picture, now older and even more handsome, made an appearance again! Boy and girl swipe right!
Christian insisted on making the proposal a surprise but Michelle's need to know everything made it almost impossible! ALMOST! Christian and his mom picked pick out the most perfect ring and he even added the nice touching of having Michelle's parents present for the proposal to make it extra special. The day before Michelle's birthday, as they were both about to start painting a room for her parents, Michelle walked into the kitchen to hear their song "Die a Happy Man" By Thomas Rhett playing and Christian down on one knee. There were a lot of happy tears and a "yes" in there somewhere. It was perfect.
