The Venue
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Mountain Willow Manor in Whitwell, TN about an hour drive from downtown Chattanooga. There are two ways to get there. Maps will likely take you up highway 27. Beware, this is a very windy road, but beautiful. The other way is to take Interstate 24, take the Jasper exit onto Highway 28 and then it is a straight shot to Whitwell. Both routes take about the same amount of time. Parking: There is plenty of parking on the property. Once passed the many trailers decorating either side of the road up to the venue, drive up the gravel road designated with a "Mountain Willow Manor" sign. There is a gravel parking lot to the left before reaching the house. That lot has about 50 parking spots. Once full, there are 40 more additional spots up toward the house, back around the barn, and at the back of the property there is another gravel lot. This is not a far walk to the main area, but it would be gracious to drop off elderly guests at the house before parking. Please see the linked website for more information on how to get there and things to do around the area. There is almost nothing in Whitwell, but a lot of beautiful scenery and good hiking spots.

Rental Car Recommended
If flying in, booking a rental car is recommended for this trip as the venue is not close to anything. The venue is an hour drive from the airport and downtown Chattanooga and crosses a time zone. The airport and downtown Chattanooga is in eastern time, while the wedding venue is in central time.

Airports and Shuttles
Here are the best airport options for your trip: Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) is the closest and most convenient option, just 10 minutes from downtown and 45 minutes from the venue. It’s a small, easy-to-navigate airport with quick security lines and rental cars available onsite. Most flights connect through larger hubs. Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) offers the most flight options, including many nonstop and international routes. It’s about a 2-hour drive to Chattanooga, with rental cars and shuttle services available. Nashville International Airport (BNA) is another great choice, about 2 hours and 15 minutes away, with a wide range of domestic nonstop flights. We recommend comparing flight prices and travel times to choose what works best for you. We can’t wait to see you! ✈️💕 If you’re flying into either Nashville (BNA) or Atlanta (ATL) for our wedding and don’t want to deal with a rental car or a long taxi/rideshare ride, we recommend thinking about using Groome Transportation for your airport transfer. Groome is a well-established shuttle service that runs between Chattanooga and both of these major airports, with frequent departures and convenient pickup/drop-off locations. From Nashville International Airport (BNA), Groome offers a regular shuttle service right to the Chattanooga area. It’s a comfortable shared ride with plenty of space for luggage, and you’ll avoid the hassle of navigating a longer drive on your own. Advance reservations are encouraged so they can hold your seat, and you’ll find clear pricing online. If you’re coming through Atlanta (ATL), Groome provides service to and from Chattanooga as well — including pickup right at the airport’s designated shuttle area. This can be a great alternative to a long rental car drive or an expensive ride-hail fare. Shared shuttle service is scheduled throughout the day, and all fees are included in the quoted price so there are no surprises.
