Beau & Raegan have known each other almost their whole lives. The Odom's were the first point of contact for the Willertz's when they moved down from Michigan to Northern Kentucky. The dads coached together and the 2 families even lived together for small stints on a couple occasions. Beau's younger Irish twin (Scout) and Raegan became instant besties, which was fitting, because so did the moms. And Beau was always the "cool older brother" that Scout & Raegan were honored to hang out with whenever he allowed it. Raegan and Beau felt like family more than anything, although the moms would often joke that they would get married one day. Both being kind, creative, and introspective, they grew up, going through their rowdy years, adventurous years, sad years, and redeeming years almost oblivious to each other. Then, as Raegan started coming 'round the Odom compound at the start of 2025 to help with homestead farmwork, something started to germinate between Beau & Raegan. They looked forward to stealing moments away to talk with each other, relating over similar soul journeys and laughing over shared humor. Raegan even confided in Scout that she was developing a bit of a crush.... Things really kicked off during November, when Beau asked Raegan to help with the infamously busy deer season at the custom meat processing shop. They drove 45 minutes in and out of work together, stuck out many 12 hour work days together, laughed and groaned in pain together, and witnessed each other for a very intense 2 weeks. They quickly realized that the other was exactly the type of person the were praying for as a lifelong partner. And one fateful fish fry evening, Beau asked Raegan on a date, to which she replied, "I've been waiting for you to ask." Things have been on super-power jet fuel ever since then and both the bride and the groom report never having felt more in alignment with their soul's purpose and joy in their lives. Here's to a lifetime union blessed by God and the joining of 2 families that have always been in BIG LOVE.
