When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before May 1, 2026. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is: summer, elevated, classy! So wear your best but expect to be outside for ceremony & most of mocktail hour. We would love for women to wear midi or maxi dresses and men to avoid jeans if possible. Weather should be fair in late May but it could be warm at times. If you would like to coordinate with theme -- our color pallet is navy, light blue, light green, and light yellow. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm so to park, mingle, and find your seats, we recommend arriving around 4:20pm. The venue is on average about 20 minutes outside of Bentonville if you are staying in an AirBnB there.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we don't feel like our day would be complete without all of the people we love (including the littles) there! Please note that there will be some yard games during mocktail hour and some snacks while you wait for dinner. We can't wait to see you and all your little ones.

Yes, there is ample parking out front of the venue.
