Goldbug Hot Springs
A hidden gem of Idaho that isn’t so hidden anymore. Located south of Salmon on Highway 93 you’ll find the trailhead to Goldbug Hotsprings. It’s an easy to navigate 2 mile trail (4 mile round trip) that will lead you to this beautiful hot spring. If you have time for an adventure, this is our number one recommendation.
Williams Lake
Some of our earliest and favorite memories together took place at this beautiful mountain lake. A number of docks offer easy access to fish, swim, play, and have a picnic. There is a big rock you can venture out to and jump off as well!
Idaho Adventure River Trips
Take 2-4 hours and spend some time floating the Salmon River. Idaho Adventures can set you up with an inflatable kayak to rent and answer any questions you have. We suggest the Shoup Bridge to town float. This float takes about 2.5 hours depending on how often you stop along the way.
