Customer Service If you have questions about your reservation, please contact our Reservations Center by sending an email to: gruposcc@velasresorts.com. For immediate, 24-hour assistance please call toll free from the United States and Canada 877 519 2930, or from Mexico 800 831 2983. Private Transportation Service to and from the airport is offered at an additional charge. Please book your transportation a minimum of 72 hours prior to your arrival date. You can contact our Concierge at guestservicevv@velasresorts.com to make your transportation reservations. The private transportation provider is not part of the resort. Transportation is therefore subject to availability and changes from our external provider agreements and policies. The resort is not responsible for service failures or inconveniences that may arise. Dress Code Andrea Casual during the day (bathing suits must be covered; sandals and top, shirt or coverup are mandatory). Elegant-casual in the evening (collared shirt, dress pants and closed-toe shoes for men; dresses, skirts or dress pants for women. No beach sandals, tank tops or shorts.
