Answer

The official currency of the Dominican Republic is the Dominican peso. However, U.S. dollars and major credit cards are accepted at the airport and within Casa de Campo for your convenience. ATMs are also available, but they typically have a withdrawal limit of around $300 per transaction, which will be dispensed in pesos based on the exchange rate that day.
