What’s the best way to get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), approximately 45 mins from the resort. Roundtrip transportation to the hotel and back to the airport MUST be PRE-BOOKED, this includes taxis and shuttles. When exiting the airport in Cancun, you’ll have to pass through a hallway of vendors trying to get your attention. DO NOT SPEAK TO THESE VENDORS. Ignore them and keep walking – your pre-booked transfer will be waiting OUTSIDE. Once outside, look for your transfer company representative and they'll guide you where to go.
