Question

How Do I Rsvp?

Answer

If you are viewing our website on a computer or laptop, you will see a tab on the upper right corner labeled RSVP. If you are viewing the website on a mobile device/smartphone, you will see a button with 3 lines in the upper right corner, once you click on it, it should reveal a menu bar and on the very bottom will be a tab labeled RSVP. Click the RSVP tab and when the screen loads, it will ask you for your first and last name. You will then enter your first and last name, for example, "Jane Doe", then press enter and you should see your name come up. Once you press select, it will then ask you if you will or will not be attending. Once you submit your answer, you should be all set. If you have two or more in your party, only one member of the party must enter their name, once you enter your name, your whole party will appear thus allowing your whole party to answer if they will or will not be attending. If there are any issues such as a misspelled name, a name isn't showing up, etc, please do not hesitate to contact the Bride or Groom so that we may address the issue as soon as possible.

Is an RSVP required?

Answer

Yes, an RSVP is required. Please ensure you RSVP, by August 24th, as we will only have seating for those who have confirmed attendance. Kindly note that without an RSVP, access to the event will not be possible as we will have a coordinator managing a guest list at the entrance. If there are any issues RSVPing, please contact either the Bride or Groom so that we may address the issue as soon as possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our limited seating, we kindly request that only those individuals who are specifically mentioned on the invitation attend the event. While we understand the desire to bring a plus one, we regretfully cannot accommodate additional guests due to the capacity. We hope you understand our situation and respect our decision.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we adore children, we have made the decision to have a child-free wedding. Our intention is to create an atmosphere where all adults can relax, enjoy themselves, and fully partake in the festivities. We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope that you will be able to make the necessary arrangements, and we promise to make this an unforgettable evening for all the adults attending.

What is the dress code?

The dress code will be formal attire.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces for everyone, however if you plan to consume alcohol, we strongly suggest taking an Uber, Lyft, or any other form of Ride Share to the venue.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our wedding will be held entirely outdoors, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature. While we will make every effort to provide suitable arrangements, such as tents and heaters if necessary, it's advisable to consider the weather conditions of the fall season. We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to keep warm and comfortable during the festivities.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar as well as non-alcoholic beverages. There will be a tipping option and though tipping is not required, it is appreciated. We ask you to please treat them, as well as our other vendors with respect.

Will there be a Vegetarian / Dietary Restriction Options for Dinner?

Answer

As of right now, there are no Vegetarian / Vegan options. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please contact either the Bride or Groom so that we may accommodate you as much as possible.

Are We Allowed to Take Photos/Videos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we kindly ask that you set your phones aside so that you may enjoy the moment with us. However, during the reception, we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like! We only ask that you be mindful of the photographer and videographer, who will be working hard to capture every moment, so please do not stand in front of them.
