To Our Wedding Party: If your significant other will be joining us for the wedding weekend, they are warmly welcome to attend the rehearsal if it’s more convenient. Afterward, we’ll gather for the rehearsal dinner at a venue just a short walk from our hotel blocks. We’ve built in plenty of time between events so the evening feels smooth, relaxed, and unhurried for everyone.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Rehearsal Dinner Attire: Semi-Formal (Cocktail) We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal, cocktail attire for the evening. Ladies, feel free to wear a cocktail dress, a midi dress, a chic skirt and top combo, or a polished jumpsuit. Gentlemen, dress pants with a button-down shirt are perfect—add a blazer or sport coat if you’d like to elevate the look!
This event is by invitation only.
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
For your convenience, complimentary shuttle transportation will be available on the wedding day. While we encourage guests to take advantage of this option, you’re also welcome to Uber, Lyft, or drive if you prefer. The shuttle will pick up guests at 4:00 PM from HOMEWOOD SUITES and transport guests to the ceremony. Following the reception, the shuttle will return guests to the hotel blocks so everyone can celebrate safely and comfortably.
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Black-Tie Optional: Suits/Tuxes and long gowns/dresses are preferred.
Ladies: A full-length gown or an elegant floor-length dress is preferred to honor the formal tone of the evening. We kindly ask that shorter dresses be avoided. Please note: The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend block heels or similar styles for your comfort. Gentlemen: A classic tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie or bowtie are both perfectly appropriate choices. *Please note that we are only able to accommodate plus ones if they are listed on the invitation. We also politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
