What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! The ceremony and reception will be adults only (18+).

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Do I get a +1?

Answer

If your RSVP indicates 2 seats have been reserved in your honor, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BecomingABeason so we can see everyone’s photos! Please note, we are having an unplugged ceremony.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Of course! We will have an open bar - drink responsibly!! There will also be a buffet style dinner provided.

Ideally as soon as possible, but we kindly ask no later than April 1, 2022.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue - free of charge!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will take place outdoors and the Reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
