The ceremony location is at a lake with 2 parking lots. One parking lot is by the horse stables and has a gravel trail that is about a 2 minute walk to the dock on the lake. The other parking lot is with the restrooms and has a sidewalk that goes to the dock. There is limited seating, only 2 benches, so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
Optional attire: Wedding colors are green and gold. Please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly since this is an outdoor ceremony. Be sure to purchase a timed entry ticket to get park access - link is on the FAQ page.
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Dinner will be buffet style. Below is the menu: Veggie Potstickers (vegan) - Carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, green beans, and bamboo shoots wrapped in a wheat-based dough and fried. Served with dumpling sauce. Swedish Meatballs (gf) - Ground Beef mixed with fresh Herbs and served in Bordelaise Sauce. Lost Antler Elk Sausage (gf) - Skewered slices of Elk and Jalapeno Sausage served with a side of Sweet Chile Dipping Sauce. Devils On Horseback - Dates stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in bacon and drizzled with honey. Mixed Greens Salad (gf) (vegetarian) - Toasted Pecans, Dried Cranberries and Feta in Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Green Chili Mashed Potatoes (gf) (vegetarian) Roasted Corn Medley (gf) (vegan) - Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Dried Apricots. Bison Burgers (gf) (df) Grilled Chicken Breast (gf) (df) - Topped with spicy peach glaze.
