Please RSVP by March 23rd, 2026. Since this is a destination wedding we need an ample amount of time to plan with finalized numbers!
We highly recommend staying at the venue, Hotel Costa Verde; however, there are several other walkable and drivable hotels nearby if Hotel Costa Verde is full or out of budget. There are a few listed on the "Travel" page, but there are many more nearby! We've also heard there's a lot of good airbnb options in Quepos!
If you are staying at Hotel Costa Verde, the Ceremony and Reception areas are walking distance from both the rooms and each other. There is no organized transportation. If you are staying elsewhere, there will be parking for rental cars!
Generally we'd like this to be a childfree event, however, given that it is in a different country, let us know if this is too restrictive for you and we can work something out!
If you need a dress code we'd prefer semi-formal attire but also feel free to dress comfortably and look your best for pictures and we'll be happy with whatever that means for you!
This answer depends on your plans for your stay. If you plan to go explore the beauties of Costa Rica we recommend renting a car, which will be more cost effective than organized shuttling everywhere. If you opt to rent a car, just be cautious while driving as Costa Rica has very windy mountain roads that can be difficult to drive if unfamiliar with the terrain. If you plan to stay at the hotel your entire stay, organizing a shuttle to and from the airport will be the most cost effective option! A couple of options are shared on the "Travel" page.
We do have a wedding fund linked on this website on the "Registry" tab; HOWEVER, we recognize that destination weddings are very very costly to our guests. Your presence at our wedding is a gift enough, please do not feel obligated to give anything additional. <3
