Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! Bring your kiddos, and please do not leave them unattended. This is mostly an adult event.

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately no. There are other dogs on the property.

Is there car camping?

Answer

Yes, there is a designated area for car camping along the river with many trees for shade. Please follow all signs on the property.

Can I bring an RV or Camper?

Answer

Yes, however there is very limited space with hook-ups. 30 amp only. No dump sites. Please let us know ASAP if you plan to bring an RV that requires hook-ups.

What are the campsites like?

Answer

There are multiple options for campsites. You can pitch your tent in the open field, under the trees, or down by the river. Most camping areas are reserved for tents and motorcycles only. The car camping area will be separate, and still very close to all the action!

Can We Have a campfire?

Answer

There are fire pits at many of the campgrounds, as well as a communal fire pit. FIRES ARE ONLY ALLOWED IF THERE IS NO FIRE BAN. Please respect all fire safety regulations during the event. Portable gas stoves or grills are welcome.

Can We Cook Onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is a large fully-equipped communal kitchen and covered area with many picnic tables. Campers are welcome to use the kitchen at any time. Please bring your own dishes, and clean up after yourselves.

Are there bathrooms and showers?

Answer

Yes! There is a full indoor shower house, separated for men & women, with showers, flushing toilets, and sinks. There will also be porta-potties in the camping areas.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have kegs and cocktails available for the wedding ceremony & dinner. Please bring your own drinks for the weekend.

What if we don't want to camp?

Answer

We have a group rate with the Holiday Inn in Wilkesboro, less than 30 minutes drive from the venue. Check out the "Travel" section to reserve a room. Guests may also rent a Glamping tent which can be set up at the venue. REACH OUT TO US ASAP if you would like to reserve a tent. Spots are limited. More info can be found at thepop-upbnb.com

The town of Wilkesboro is less than 30 mins away and has all necessary amenities.
