How do I get to the Officer's Club?

Answer

Enter Camp Williams State Military Reservation from Redwood Road, follow directions to the Main Gate for ID Check. After the Main Gate, follow the road down to the roundabout, taking the 3rd exit onto Camp Williams Rd. Take your first right onto Utah Ave, following it down to Building 8100, a beautiful stone building with a parking lot in front. Map above.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

A Champagne Toast will take place at 6:30 in the evening, so please arrive in enough time to get situated prior. Dinner will be following the toasts, at 7:00 in the evening.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is Semi Formal. Men can wear a suit and tie or dress pants with a blazer, while women can wear a cocktail dress or dressy separates.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are no longer being accepted, as we have provided a final guest count to our vendors. Please respond no later than the 24th of September, so we may provide a final guest count to our caterer and bartender. If your significant other or children are not listed on the invitation, please reach out so we can update our guest list for accuracy and accommodations.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, and since this is taking place on the military base, there is no outside alcohol allowed. That being said, we will have a bartender. We will be providing a champagne (or sparkling cider) toast that will take place just before dinner, so please make sure you have indicated your choice on the RSVP. There will also be a cash bar.
