Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The beautiful venue is called The Bella Donna. It is in Catoosa, Oklahoma which is 22 minutes away from downtown Tulsa.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm so plan to arrive by 3. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?

Typical early October weather in Oklahoma is an average of 70 degrees during the day and cooler in the evening.

Dress code and Colors
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal or semi-formal dress code. For women this includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses (any color, please no white). For men this includes suits and tuxes (please no jeans). The wedding's colors are dusty lilac, french blue, lavender, and soft and muted fall colors.

Hotel room block and Accommodation suggestions

We have a list of recommended hotels in the Travel page in this website. The first hotel on the list is the room block, just click the link to avail the discount. All of the hotels listed are 5-10 minutes away from the venue, but feel free to explore Tulsa area --- It can be around 20 minutes away, so please keep in mind the travel and traffic :)
