We invite guests to wear formal or cocktail attire. Summer colors, florals, and cheerful patterns are encouraged, but definitely not required. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable!
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone can be seated and settled.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.
If your invitation includes a guest's name, they are invited to join you. If you did not receive a plus-one but would like to bring a date, please reach out to Courtney or Mason. We'll do our best to accommodate requests while ensuring we have an accurate head count for the celebration.
Yes, we will serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails at the reception! No outside alcohol is permitted due to venue policy, and no alcohol is permitted at the ceremony location.
Parking is available onsite for both the ceremony and reception. Please follow the signage upon arrival. Transportation will be available after the reception for guests who prefer not to drive home, so everyone can relax and celebrate safely.

Since Elkin is a smaller town in the foothills of NC, most guests will need to fly into a nearby airport and rent a car for the weekend. The closest airport options are: Charlotte Douglas International Airport — about 1 hour 20 minutes away (approximately 81 miles) Our recommended option, with the largest selection of flights and rental cars. Piedmont Triad International Airport — about 1 hour 15 minutes away (approximately 66–74 miles) A smaller airport that is often easier to navigate, though flight options may be more limited. Asheville Regional Airport — about 2 hours away (approximately 136 miles) A great option if you're planning to turn the trip into a mountain getaway. Please note that rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are limited in and around Elkin. While it may be possible to arrange a ride from a nearby airport, availability can be unpredictable and costs may be high. We strongly recommend renting a car for the weekend.
Yes! We have arranged shuttle transportation from the reception at the end of the evening for guests staying at hotels, Airbnbs, and vacation rentals within a designated distance of the venue. We will share additional details, including pickup and drop-off locations, closer to the wedding date. Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation to the ceremony and reception.
Please RSVP by July 25th, 2026.
Yes! Our caterer will offer a variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections. We want all of our guests to feel well fed and taken care of.
