In regards to venue policies, we will be following the government’s lead on this and currently showing proof of vaccination and/or a negative test prior to an event has not been mandated. We will require contact information for each guest prior to your day and each guest will need to scan our QR code for screening upon arrival as well. Masks of course must be on when entering any of the buildings as well as when leaving their seat (to go to the washroom, bar, etc).
Guests would be welcome to leave their cars overnight. Just a reminder that it is not a public parking lot and so the gate would be closed once we leave at the end of the night. There would be a designated pick-up time the next day (usually by 11:00am).
