Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. Guests are encouraged to incorporate spring colors (pastels, florals, and bright tones). Women may wear floor-length or midi-length dresses, and men may wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie.
If you indicated on the RSVP that you would be using transportation, shuttles will depart from the Portofino Hotel & Marina to La Venta Inn at 3:30 PM. We will be offering one early return shuttle back to the hotel at 9:00 PM. When the wedding concludes at 10:00 PM, one shuttle will return to the Portofino Hotel & Marina, while the other two shuttles will transport guests to the after party at Hennessey’s Tavern. Please note that space on the buses is limited. If you did not respond to the bus question, did not complete it, or selected no, you were not included in the final bus count.
The ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. The reception will take place indoors, but guests are welcome to step outside into the courtyard at any time.
The venue has an on-site parking lot for guests. Parking is limited due to the size of the venue.
If your invitation says, "and Guest" then yes. If not, the invitation is intended just for you.
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.
