What is the attire for all wedding events?

Answer

For the Ladies: Think dressy ensembles in light, breathable fabric and a wrap as the evenings often become chilly. All of the events will be held outside so chunky heeled shoes are recommended. For the Gentlemen: A sport coat or blazer with slacks and a collared shirt would be perfect. Feel free to skip the tie for comfort in the warm weather.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00-5:20 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

If a plus one is included, they will be listed on your invitation.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Please arrive at The Boulders Golf Club between 4:30–5:00 PM, where resort shuttles will be provided to transport guests to the ceremony location. Guests may leave their cars parked at the Golf Club for the duration of the event.

Is there parking available on-site?

Answer

The Boulders Resort & Spa in Scottsdale offers both complimentary self-parking and valet options for guests staying at the resort. Visitors not staying at the resort may be charged roughly $10 per day.
