Question

When do I need to be at the venue?

Answer

Please be at the venue no later than 3:15PM. Late parties will not be permitted entrance but are welcome to join us for all of the events following the ceremony!

Question

How is parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking at the venue is EXTREMELY limited. We HIGHLY recommend that you use the shuttle that leaves the Hyatt House or commuting in groups.

Question

Can we bring our little ones?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding will be an intimate event to enjoy with our loved ones. If you we have given you a plus one, it will be included on the Save the Date and the formal invitation. Please do not invite extra people without an invitation from the bride or groom since ceremony seating, food and reception seating is limited to the number of guests invited. Thank you!

Question

Can photos be taken on a phone or personal camera?

Answer

We have hired a photographer to capture our day and we are asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour. The ceremony is planned to be around 15 minutes long.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in November can be chilly, especially in the evenings. We recommend bringing layers just in case of a chilly day. The reception will be inside a temperature controlled barn.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Break our your best dancing boots and your favorite little black dress! Whatever makes you feel comfortable! We kindly ask that you do not wear white dresses or loud colors. The wedding party will be wearing champagne, brown, wine and orange. Some sample colors to consider: all shades of blue, greens, earth tones, grays, black, etc.
