What is the dress code?
Answer
For the wedding ceremony/reception, we suggest cocktail attire- be as fun and summery as you want! No need to wear tuxes or long dresses, you're welcome to wear sun or cocktail dresses, slacks and shirts/ties. Jackets not required. For everything else, feel free to dress casually. It's June! We hope to have great weather!

Are children invited?

For the wedding ceremony and reception, we want you to have a night off and celebrate with us! Please let us know if you need support finding a sitter for the events on Sunday. Kids are invited to the welcome drinks + pool party and can enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area!

Is there parking or transportation available?
Answer
We are having our ceremony/reception in the heart of Carolina Beach, and the hotel with the wedding room block is a 4 minute walk to the venue, so just walk on over! There will be parking available on site for those driving to the ceremony.

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions?
Answer
We will ask for any food requests when you RSVP on the website. We will be certain to accommodate any dietary restrictions!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
We ask that the ceremony portion of the day is unplugged, we want you to be fully present with us! Feel free to take your own photos during the cocktail hour and reception!

What can I expect at the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The wedding ceremony and reception will all be held at the Kindred events space, so both events will be held indoors, with the cocktail hour in an indoor/outdoor setting. No need to worry about excessive heat or wind for any events on Sunday!
