We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 15, 2026, on this website to help us with final planning. Your response means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together! Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by the requested date, as final numbers must be provided to our venue in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding.
As the ceremony takes place in a sacred space, we kindly ask guests to dress modestly. Formal or semi-formal attire is appreciated (think long dresses and suits!), as we’ll be celebrating in style afterward!
The ceremony will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Church doors will open at 1:15 pm, kindly be seated by 1:45 pm as the ceremony begins at 2:00 pm.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the church ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the ceremony intimate, solemn, and distraction-free. After the ceremony, you are welcome to take all the photos you'd like!
The reception will be held in the Oak Room at Fairmont Palliser. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 PM, so please arrive promptly as we kick off the evening celebrations!
There is a designated church parking lot at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Please note that for the reception, paid parking is available at the Calgary Tower Parkade (Palliser Parkade - Lot #6, 125 9 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2G 0R1) - steps away from the Fairmont Palliser.
