When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please aim to RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is January 31st, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will need to mark you as "not attending" as we need to provide our venue with a final guest count in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

When do I need to make payment for my accommodation?

Answer

A gentle reminder that the cost for a room is £360 (plus £15pp if joining us for paella at the welcome party), and payment will need to be made in full by our RSVP deadline: January 31st, 2026. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the following account: Name - James Holmes Account Number - 25916860 Sort code - 77 04 38 Please ensure to include a reference of your name or initials when making the payment.

What time can I check in/out of my accommodation?

Answer

Check in for all three houses is from 16:00 on Tuesday 5th May Check out is by 10:30 on Friday 8th May.

What do I need to bring with me if I'm staying on-site?

Answer

All of the houses we have reserved for our guests are self-catering, so any specific food or drink you may want during your stay you are welcome to bring. Each house has a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard and refrigeration space, so feel free to bring your own stuff! Should you need to pick up any essentials, please note that there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk from the venue. Tunnels Beaches provide bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper and hairdryers. There will also be irons and ironing boards available should you need them. If there is anything you're not quite sure about, just pop a message to the Bride or Groom and they will be happy to help you.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

For those staying on-site, Tunnels Beaches has a small car park situated opposite the Bath House. Please note that these complimentary spaces are limited and will be allocated firstly to members of the wedding party, the rest on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are allocated a parking space we will provide you with a code used to gain entry to the car park. Please note that there are numerous payable parking spaces within the surrounding area, so you'll be covered regardless.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at one o'clock, so please aim to arrive by twelve thirty.

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Weather permitting, we hope that our ceremony will take place outside on the patio overlooking the sea. Should the great British weather disappoint us the ceremony will take place inside the venue!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Whilst we love your little ones very much, this celebration will be adults only with exceptions made for our own children as well as immediate family members. We thank you for your understanding and hope you are looking forward to a night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests that have been formally invited will be named on your invitation and we are unable to extend this to anyone not named.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please see the "Dress Code" section of our website for helpful information and inspiration. We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the Bride: White, Cream & Ivory.

What food will be on offer during the wedding?

Answer

The night before our wedding we are hosting a welcome party (please see "The Night Before" section for more details) where you have the option to opt in for Spanish paella. Once we have received all of your RSVP's including any dietary requirements, we will finalise the menu for our main wedding meal which will be sit-down, gourmet BBQ style. In the meantime, think fresh salads, pastas, grilled meat and seafood. On the evening of our wedding an additional meal will be served of Thai curry accompanied by rice and poppadoms.

Do I need to arrange any transport?

Answer

For those staying on-site, no transport will be necessary as the accommodation is just a short walk from the venue through the tunnels.

Whilst there will be a few different complimentary drink options available to you throughout the wedding day, should you wish for something specific and would like to order from the bar please be aware that Tunnels Beaches is a cashless venue, and only accept card/apple pay payments.
