Due to the coronavirus, we have decided to change the date of the wedding. The location is the same as well as the time. We did change the wedding attire to cocktail due to the time of year, it won't be so hot. We will be sending out RSVP cards as the new date gets closer. If you would still like to send in your current RSVP card we would love to have it for your song requests! We are praying for everyone's safety and hope you are all able to join us in November.
We met through my older brother Caleb, I was a freshman in high school and Brice just moved to our school to play football. He would eat lunch every day with us in my mom's classroom, with our friend Evan. Thanks to Evan, Brice knew I had a crush on him from the very beginning, the type of crush where you are too nervous to eat! After a few months of getting to know each other, he finally asked me out! Fast forward five years and a cute pup later, here we are getting ready to say I DO!
After dating for five years B knew that he had to make this proposal meaningful, and it was exactly that. We started the week with plans to eat at The Anglers Club for dinner that Friday night. This was normal for us as we usually eat here once a month, so I didn't think anything of it. When I got off work on Friday afternoon my mom met me at our house, where she was helping me get ready, and she was very adamant about what I wore - which was a little weird. We finally made it to dinner, and I noticed B was starting to act anxious and get really talkative about our future. It came time for dessert and I was stuffed so I told him that I didn't want any, but he refused to take no for an answer so he ordered the chocolate cake anyway. A few minutes went by and he was starting to get very anxious, I could see his pulse in his throat people!! They set the chocolate cake in front of me and when I looked down there was a ring box placed perfectly on the plate. He grabbed the box and I took off the promise ring that I wore every day for the past four years and said yes to my soulmate! We finished the night with a sweet engagement party at his parent's house filled with our closest friends, family and our dog of course! We are so excited to celebrate this time in our lives with you! -See you in Homosassa-
