Yes, please dress in semi formal attire. For women, floor length or knee length dresses / jump suits. For men, dress shirts and khakis or dress pants, optional jacket and tie.
Please park at the Estes Park Visitor Center located at 500 Big Thompson Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517 and take our provided transportation to the event. Shuttle will pick up in front of the Visitor Center. You can park in the parking garage and take the walking bridge over to catch the shuttle if desired. Transportation will run from 3:15-4:15pm so plan accordingly. If you miss the transportation window, it will be your responsibility to Uber or Taxi to the venue as they have limited parking. If you are late, please wait until the ceremony is over to enter to avoid distractions.

We recommend you fly into Denver International Airport. Please be aware it is about an hour and a half drive from the airport to Estes Park. Please leave plenty of time to make it to the shuttle to our venue.
There are many rental car companies available at the Denver airport. If you would like to use our shuttle service, please see the accommodations page for booking. Please keep in mind road conditions vary in Colorado this time of year.
Yes, the ceremony and reception are completely indoors. Average temperatures for Estes Park in April vary from 20F-50F. If weather allows, large sliding door will be opened during ceremony and fire pits outside for cocktail hour. Please dress accordingly.
Yes, this means that our ceremony will be a camera-free celebration of love meaning we ask all cell phones and cameras are turned off and put away for the duration of the ceremony. Yes, the drinks are on us but remember that one drink at altitude is equal to two drinks at sea level. Estes Park has an elevation of 7,522 feet. The best way to avoid altitude sickness is drinking extra water. If you are getting a headache, it is the altitude. Drink water!
