FAQs

The Wedding Website of Bridget Barfnecht and Jeremy Jones
Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

If you’re here, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP before May 1st so we can plan accordingly. There may even be a prize for the TABLE that RSVPs first…and since you won’t know your table-mates until that day, the sooner you RSVP the better the odds for everyone! Note our invites include an optional postcard for those who prefer USPS over a website. You only need to RSVP once via your preferred method. Thank you for getting back to us as soon as possible!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel great! Please be ready for photos. The families and wedding party will be in suits and long dresses. Suits, dresses, dress pants and shirts/blouses are suggested.

Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outside in the Millennium Garden at the Plymouth Community Center. The cocktail hour, dinner and reception will be indoors in the Plymouth Room.

Question

Where should I park and how do I get to the garden?

Answer

A large parking lot is located in front of the Plymouth Community Center. To reach the Millennium Garden, park near the flag poles by the building entrance. You can either take the paved trail down to the garden or enter the building, walk through toward the Plymouth Room, and take the elevator in the hallway to the garden level. While there is a second parking lot on the east side of the building, it is a longer walk. Look for the Millennium Garden sign to the west - pictured above.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Sit on either side, but we would love for you to fill seats closest to the aisle and without gaps between groups to help with capturing memories through photos 💕

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can all unplug and enjoy! HOWEVER, we would love for you to capture moments after the ceremony and throughout the evening and share them with us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

A limited number of kids have been invited to join the celebration. The event is largely kid-free. Please arrange for a sitter and enjoy the night out!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, please refer to the online RSVP for the number of people invited in your party. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have any specific recommendations. There are a number of hotels in the area. We plan to stay at the Residence Inn that evening.
