What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail and Black-Tie Optional Attire. We would love to see our guests dress their best and there will be plenty of photo-ops. The decor itself is sage, ivory, wood, and gold accents. But no theme/color requirements for dress code.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity of our venue, please inquire with the bride and groom about plus-ones/additional guests not specifically named on your invitation before bringing them.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Feb 1st, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
It is an indoors-only reception.

Where do I park?
Answer
The parking lot for Walters Cultural Arts Center is limited, but there is ample street parking around the venue building as well as a parking lot across the street at Hillsboro Eye Clinic. They have graciously allowed guests to park there for our event if needed.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm. Please be checked in and seated by 5:00pm, but guests are welcome to come as early as 4:00pm for photos with the bride and groom.

Are you accepting gifts/registry or a newlywed fund?
Answer
Guests who are interested in giving us gifts can contribute towards a newlywed fund. If that’s not your style, you’re certainly welcome to bring a gift to the wedding, or just come and have a nice time with us.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Our venue does not allow spirits, but there will be an open bar for wine, beer, and cider.

What will weather be like?
Answer
Although the reception will be indoors, there are many large windows in the venue. Please consider bringing a light coat/jacket for the evening.
