Question
How/when do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP using the link or QR code on your invitation. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by December 14th, 2024.
Question
What will the weather be like?
Answer
It will be most likely cold outside. Thankfully both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted in heated buildings. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day.

Where should I stay?
Answer
There are a handful of hotels in the Edmond area, but the closest would be the Hilton Garden Inn at 2833 Conference Dr, Edmond, OK 73034.

Can I park at the venues?
Answer
Yes, there is a LOT of parking spaces.
Question
Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Sure! Your children will be listed on your household RSVP profile so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them. If they are not listed please let us know and we can add them!
Question
When should I get there?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm. You are welcome to come into the chapel as early as 5:30pm. We recommend you arrive by 5:45pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Most importantly, when will we eat?
Answer
Snack time will begin at the reception barn after the ceremony, where there will be snacks and drinks (no alcohol). Dinner will begin soon after.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
We are having an Italian style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at bayly.bruner@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
No, because we will be having small children at the wedding we felt it best that we don't involve alcohol into the mix. ;)

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

What should I wear?
Answer
Formal or Semi-Formal: For men, they should wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie, or a nice shirt with a jacket. Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates. Think Sunday Best!

When/Where is the wedding?
Answer
It is stated on your invitation, but if you didn't get one, misplaced it, or shredded it into a thousand pieces: When - is on Friday January 10th, 2025 at 6pm. Where - is at 7479 W Simpson Rd, Edmond, OK 73025.
Question
Can I take pictures?
Answer
We have paid for a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. And we can get you some copies as well. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
